On this Black Friday, I want to tell you to that many of our loved ones are suffering with a variety of maladies that they simply need help with.
For me, to give a gift is to bless someone with something they need. But then, to educate them on how to effectively use it. And continue to educate with further products that could possibly help them.
One of the greatest issues we are facing currently in our society is the medical and pharmacological entities prescribing more and more medications to people, effectively putting a band-aid on a problem that could potentially be helped with a change in diet, appropriate exercise, some good quality supplements, and yes, essential oils.

Pray about the exercise you do and how much you should be doing. I need to increase my daily walking, adding in a few more low impact exercises to help strengthen my arm further, and to help strengthen my back due to osteoarthritis. I find that when I'm up and moving that it hurts less. When we first moved to southern Georgia in 2015, just the move helped the back pain decrease. I only felt the hurricanes coming, whereas in Pennsylvania, I felt every dip in the barometric pressure in my back. Now, I need to continue to add some basic stretches to keep my back strengthened to keep the pain away. What do I do when the pain comes? I have my hubby roll some Deep Relief on the muscles beside my spine as well as on top of my spine. I've been researching and here very soon I plan to delve in to the CBD Muscle Rub, as well as many of the other CBD products to help with greater health.

Tractor ride throughout the farm. We saw alligators, sheep, horses,
buffalo, cows, pigs, bees, and lots of strawberries!
One day you're out with your grandson, daughter-in-love, husband, and son enjoying a local strawberry farm, playing on the playground, seeing how bees work, tractor rides, and watching all the animals. Then, later that evening, the little guy starts to vomit throughout the night. Then the rest of the family starts dropping like flies!
Yup! This has been us this week. And there's nothing as iirritating as thinking that upset in your stomach could be the looming sickness that means you're next! That really plays on your mind, messes with your plans, and kinda throws a monkey wrench in to everything.
So, what do I do to try to keep myself from getting so sick?

First, I keep eating nutritiously. When I go for comfort foods, yes, they're comforting, but usually not packed with nutrients. So, Chicken soup with home made broth and/or organic bone broth is in the crock pot along with frozen veggies, and brown and indian wild rice for the B vitamin boost. We have lots of water based foods that help keep the fluids in our bodies as well as our colon moving well.

Second, we take LIfe 9 probiotic with 17 billion active cultures. It is a timed release capsule, releasing in the small intestine where it does it's best work to help keep the gut flora balanced and in check. When we do get sick, as soon as possible after being sick we get this going again to rebalance our gut flora to help regulate everything. It helps so much!
Third, we roll Thieves Essential Oil Blend on our feet and spine to help with "Mega" immune support! It is amazing! Take a look at the ingredients and look up "Benefits of...." and see how awesome this powerhouse oil blend is!
Fourth, we add Digize Vitality Essential Oil Blend to our tummy protocol. You can add this to an 8 ounce glass of water with Peppermint Vitality oil, or add them both to a Veggie Capsule so you don't have to taste the Digize. We are continuing to work at little things around the house while we wait for our turn to be sick. I'm hoping I don't get it, like usual. I'm working with all these oils to try to keep this bug away. I'm so thankful that I have all these wonderful products on hand to help me and my family work our way through the flu.

While this episode isn't the greatest quality, it will give you a fun idea of what happens when the "digestive juices" come along and help digest things.
Now, before I continue, I'm sure all of you are aware that I am not a medical doctor, nor do I diagnose or treat anyone. I am an educator of all good things! Ultimately, it is up to you, dear reader, to do the research for greater understanding, much like I have done already.
I would like to explain here at this point, that our gut health is directly correlated to our overall health, physically and mentally.

Ok, now that we have those out of the way and I've probably scared the "Dickens" out of you, minus the 3 ghosts, how do you address all of this?
I am continually addressing my own gut biome. Years ago, in February 2007, I had sinus surgery. A few days later I got a sinus infection and needed a powerful antibiotic. I ended up, for the first time in my life, I got thrush! For those of you who do not know what thrush is, simplistically speaking, it is a yeast overgrowth in your gut that shows up in your mouth and lips.

Enzymes are just a small part of the picture. Enzymes come along and help to break down your food in to usable bits for your body to use for building, rebuilding, healing, and growing. Yes! It's a BIG job! So, our food must be the best we can possibly manage for the sake of our own health.

You'd have to eat 8 oranges today to get the same amount of Vitamin A that you grandparents got." (S. Harnisch 205)

Start with cleaning up our diets, removing the processed foods, as much as possible. No one is perfect, right?! Once a month getting fast food is ok, right? Well, try eating everything unprocessed for a month, then go get yourself fast food! See what happens. My guess would be that you'll likely end up in the bathroom within a half an hour. I know that's what happens to me! Whew!
