Good morning everyone!
As I write this blog post, it is literally 11:58AM! LOL So I'm going to say, "Good Morning!"
I love waking up early and getting my shower or bath. I miss it when I'm not able to and it just kind of throws my day off kilter. So, I'm trying to make it a habit to simply make time for myself in the mornings. If I'm not taking care of myself, who will, right?!
Anyway, if you're anything like me and you're getting a little older, the kids are in college or they've moved out, you may be experiencing much of the same things I'm facing. So I figured today I'd start with this wonderful trick I've learned over the years to show you how to add essential oils to your lotions and body butters that are already made. You can also do this before putting the body butter in to jars if you make it from scratch.
Hey all you GUYS out there! This is for YOU too! You're getting drier skin, kracked skin, hard working skin too! This is for you as well! When ya'all get home from work at night and you need to take care of those rought callouses on your hands and feet, just hop in the shower or tub and when you're done, slather this stuff on and with consisten use, before you know it, it will help to heal those cracks and possibly help you sleep too--because there's Lavender in this!
In this video, there is home made body butter and I've added 10 drops each of Lavender and Frankincense--two of the most powerful skin oils out there!
Take a look and enjoy the wonderful scents you can add to your body butters and lotions!
Have an amazing day, folks!
God Bless,
Regina Graham
